| Installed in the exercise room of the Hyundai
Construction Company in Seoul, Korea, VisionRunner is
a large screen visualization & virtual reality application.
The system combines a treadmill with an interactive display
showing a real time 3D environment populated with avatars.
As the User runs on the treadmill, the imagery changes
to reflect the motion, making the exercise more interesting
and more enjoyable. The technology can be easily extended
to other types of exercise machines or for other applications
such as training, sightseeing and entertainment. |
