Visionmax International Limited & Virtual Reality Systems Inc
Partnership Agreement to Introduce Systems to US Market

19 August, 2003 Visionmax International Limited ("VMIL") a supplier of Integrated Multi-Channel Visualization Systems for Multi-media and 3D Graphics, has signed a Partnership Agreement with VR Systems Inc ("VRS"). Under the terms of the Agreement, VRS will become a value added reseller for VMIL and help spearhead the Company's penetration of the US market.

Ben Vaughan, VMIL's Managing Director, commented:

"We are delighted to sign this agreement with VRS. Scott Tracy has 10 years experience in the visualization and VR industries dating back to his involvement with the installation of the first range of SGI Reality Centers. Scott has one of our systems set up in his office and is already actively demonstrating the unit to potential customers. We are confident that this agreement will substantially benefit our efforts to become a recognized player in the US market."

Scott Tracy, President of VRS, added:

"The VisionMax¢â systems fit perfectly with our business strategy to provide effective and affordable visualization systems. The pricing of the systems is highly competitive while the integrated visualization software, which includes excellent distortion correction and soft edge blending, gives the products a real competitive edge. Equally important is the ease with which the systems are installed and the simplicity of the User Interface which allows anyone to use the systems, regardless of their technical prowess."
