10 November, 2004 Visionmax International Limited (''VMIL''), a UK-based supplier of Integrated Multi-Channel Visualization Systems for Multi-media and 3D Graphics, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Partnership Agreement with DZI Global Inc (¡°DZI¡±). Under the terms of the Agreement, DZI will become a value added reseller for VMIL operating in the United States of America.

Founded in 2003, DZI is a leading provider of highly integrated ePlatform solutions. A subsidiary of a well established Korean Company, DZI opened its US subsidiary to correspond to the rising demand of digital security and entertainment systems in the American market. DZI is also an exclusive authorized dealer of Advantech products.

Commenting on the Agreement, Ben Vaughan said:
