27 August, 2004 Visionmax International Limited (''VMIL''), a UK-based supplier of Integrated Multi-Channel Visualization Systems for Multi-media and 3D Graphics, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Partnership Agreement with Caveman IT Services SDN BHD (¡°Caveman¡±). Under the terms of the Agreement, Caveman will become a value added reseller for VMIL operating in Malaysia.

Founded in 1998, Caveman is a system integration and solution provider operating in the Animation, Industrial Design, Broadcasting and Video Integration sectors. The Company is a distributor of Alias Software and a value added reseller for a range of companies including Kaydara, Vicon, Darim and Contour Design. In addition to its software business the Caveman is also a hardware reseller for SGI, Hewlett-Packard and IBM.
