19 May, 2004 Visionmax International Limited (''VMIL''), a UK-based supplier of Integrated Multi-Channel Visualization Systems for Multi-media and 3D Graphics, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Partnership Agreement with VizCan Systems Corporation (¡°VizCan¡±). Under the terms of the Agreement, VizCan will become a value added reseller for VMIL and will focus its marketing efforts on Canada and North America.

VizCan was recently incorporated by Bruce Ricketts, a well known senior executive with many years experience in the Visualization market and considerable knowledge of projectors and complex display installations.
